Full Job Description

We are currently seeking to appoint an Assistant Subject Leader for Science working with supportive like-minded teachers who share the same vision to inspire our students to achieve their full potential. Within this role you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons at a high standard to our students to achieve this vision and leading on the demonstratable progress and development of students within your subject area. The Assistant Subject Leader will be responsible for the assistance in leading our science department and driving the improvement of teaching and learning within this area. The role will require excellent subject, examination and national curriculum knowledge.

We are looking for someone who has a real passion for teaching and can demonstrate excellent subject knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience they can bring to our school of successfully working with students to enable them to reach their potential., We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
