Full Job Description

As an Assistant Stylist, you'll play a vital role in our busy grooming salon, delivering excellent pet care while supporting grooming appointments. You'll develop hands-on skills in dog handling, bathing, prepping, and equipment use.

You're passionate about great service, flexible to work across the week, and happy in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Experience with dogs or in pet care is desirable but not essential, and you're comfortable working towards targets.

At Pets at Home, pets are at the heart of everything we do. Our Pet Care Centres combine grooming, retail, and veterinary services to deliver exceptional care for pets and the people who love them. We're proud to offer a welcoming, supportive environment where our teams can thrive.

Why Join Us? We offer rewarding benefits to support your wellbeing, including:

  • Competitive pay plus commission
  • 28 days holiday, rising to 33 after 2 years
  • Extra day off for your birthday
  • Life assurance (4x salary)
  • 4% company pension contribution
  • 20% colleague discount (30% off own brand)
