The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a growing network of more than 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores, and 100 Concessions/Shop-in-Shops across 21 European countries. - Execute business plans and drive results through collaboration
- Lead, coach, and retain high-performing teams
- Ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on performance
- Deliver standout service experiences and build strong client relationships
- Maximise omni-channel opportunities using tools and tech You'll Need to Have:
- Experience as an ASM in a high-volume retail setting
- Strong track record of hitting sales/KPI targets
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Passion for fashion and understanding of the premium/luxury landscape
- Fluency in English
- Additional language is a plus We'd Love to See:
