Assistant Store Leader

As an Assistant Store Manager at EE, you'll help shape a store that customers love walking into and a team that loves working together. Your ability to adapt, show resilience, and motivate others with positivity will make you a leader your colleagues rely on. You'll already have experience in driving customer service in a sales-focused environment, and you'll know how to create a place where customers feel genuinely listened to. Your experience in coaching, developing people and leading teams to achieve strong results will help you lift performance across the store.
