Assistant Site Manager

We're looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join our Construction team based in Site Based., Join our Construction team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional projects across the education, health, and public sectors. As an Assistant Site Manager, you'll support the Site Manager in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. What will you be responsible for?

As an Assistant Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering projects safely, on time, and to the required quality. Your day to day will include:

-Supporting the Site Manager in managing resources and implementing project plans for your assigned section

-Managing operational communications with customers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

-Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, legal requirements, and contractual terms

-Supporting the management and motivation of the site team to achieve project objectives

-Helping to deliver projects on time, to quality standards, while minimising costs

You hold a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card and Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification

-You have demonstrable experience on operational construction projects

-You are working towards membership of a Professional Body

-You communicate clearly and collaborate well with others

-You're committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
