Assistant Site Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Assistant Site Manager to work across our Derby academies. The role will be full time and hours will be set on a rota basis as directed by the Site Manager between the core hours of 6am -10pm on a 2 shift rotation.

The type of person we are looking for will be reliable and organised individual who can prioritise and is capable and willing to support in a wide variety of situations. With a professional and friendly disposition, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across both primary and secondary phases, with the additional opportunity of being able to work across the Trust as projects arise., · Practical/handyman skills to assist with building and maintenance repairs across both sites.

· Ability for some heavy lifting, physical fitness appropriate to tasks required.

· Able to work on their own initiative, be reliable and trustworthy

· Able to work successfully as part of a highly effective team

· Good understanding of health and safety

· Flexibility to support the team, this will include shift work and weekend working.

· Someone who can deputise for the Manager as required

· Able to demonstrate effective communication skills

· Someone with a sense of prioritisation and urgency
