Full Job Description

The post holder will be an integral member of the speciality management team.Responsible for the delivery of operational and administrative services within a Gynaecology, Fertility and Surgical Services contributing to the achievement of the Care Group Operational Plan., The Assistant Service Manager will monitor operational performance within the speciality advising the General Service Manager, Head of Operations, Clinical Leads and Lead Nurse/AHP as necessary. The post holder will work closely with other specialities within the Division and understand cross cutting work which effects the other Divisions.
