Full Job Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager covering services in Caister-on-Sea and Beccles on a part time contract (30 hours per week) and you will need a full UK driving licence for this role due to having to drive between services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to take the next step in their career and progress their development. As an Assistant Service Manager, you will report to the Service Manager, working alongside them you will help to support a team of Support Workers and ensure the smooth running of the service. As an Assistant Service Manager you will? - Have strong communication skills with the people we support, colleagues and other stakeholders. - Be confident to support with leading and managing a team. - Be flexible, ensuring there is adequate support across the management team on site. - Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not an essential. - Be IT literate. What will you be doing as an Assistant Service Manager? - To be confident in being able to work using a computer and electronic systems. - Support the Service Manager with agreed management tasks. - Support the team with their development. - Ensuring compliance across the team and service.
