Assistant SENCo

This post will be assisting the SENCo with the coordination of the provision for students identified as having special educational needs (SEND), compiling evidence and advising parents of the process for statutory assessment, establishing, monitoring and reviewing SEND intervention and ensuring high standards of learning and achievements for all students., "We understand you might use AI and other resources for your application; however, please ensure all information you provide is factually accurate, truthful, original and does not include ideas or work that is not your own." • Minimum of GCSE Maths and English at grades A - C or equivalent;
• SALT Qualification (Speech and Language Therapy) and or equivalent;
• Experience of delivering speech and language sessions within a school environment;
• Experience of writing statutory assessment reports / SEND reports;
• To have or be willing to complete the ELKLAN qualification;
• Good communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff, students, parents/carers and other professionals.
