You'll contribute where possible to the store's overall targets by utilising your skills from other roles where you've thrived and met goals. You'll bring the team together, help them understand new tech and products, coach them through challenges and celebrate the wins that come from team collaboration. Your ability to adapt, show resilience, and motivate others with positivity will make you a leader your colleagues rely on. You'll already have experience in driving customer service in a sales-focused environment, and you'll know how to create a place where customers feel genuinely
listened to. Your experience in coaching, developing people and leading teams to achieve strong results will help you lift performance across the store. And when you take the reins in your Store Manager's absence, your natural confidence, clear communication and proactive mindset will ensure everything continues to run at its best.
