Full Job Description
- Lead and coach colleagues to maintain high service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing queries and concerns
- Monitor and achieve financial targets through effective cost control and analysis
- Support back-of-house operations and work across units with varying service styles
- Utilise strong computer literacy and analytical skills for reporting and planning
Lead and coach the Leisure Bowl team to deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving financial targets. This role requires supervisory-level catering or bar management experience, strong leadership, financial awareness and communication skills., Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment - Strong computer literacy and analytical skills
- Previous supervisory experience at a similar level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to perform under pressure
