Summary

SHARE is located near Halifax town centre; it is a social care provision that provides services for people from the age of 18 with no upper age limit who experience mental distress.

Do you enjoy making a difference in people's lives helping them build confidence and supporting them on their journey of recovery. A good understanding of mental health problems is beneficial however a willingness to learn with a commitment to undertake training for the role.

We are looking for someone who has good communication skills, empathic, pragmatic with an ability to record information accurately and can remain calm when dealing with difficult situations.

In this role you will support individuals to achieve their goals, so they lead more independent lives in the community, safely and to the best of their abilities.
