Full Job Description

  • Provide strategic insights to Deloitte's senior leadership on market and client priorities, including growth strategies, competition, innovation, industry disruptions, alliances, and ecosystems.
  • Learn and apply established research tools and methodologies to develop consultative research solutions.
  • Identifies converging trends, market-size, whitespace opportunities, potential partnerships, competitive strategy, or growth pathways with a functional or holistic lens, without focusing on a specific sector
  • Suggest alternatives and creative solutions to address clients' and stakeholders' current and anticipatory needs. Take the relationship beyond the transactional level.
  • Manage project delivery by following the best project and time management practices while always adhering to quality guidelines.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership with a focus on the 'so-what' for Deloitte's clients and businesses.
  • Liaise with global colleagues to manage project expectations.
  • Contribute to team activities and mentor new team members.

    Postgraduate degree or equivalent from a premier B-school with proven work experience in research or professional services.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and project ownership.
  • Drive consultative discussions with stakeholders to suggest solutions.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and hypothesis-driven problem solving.
  • Strong exposure to one or more industries. Familiarity with operating structures, strategic frameworks, regulations, and industry dynamics.
  • Exceptional business writing and communication skills. Ability to distill complex information into concise narratives for executive audience.
  • Strong storyboarding and visualization skills. Adhere to email etiquette in written communication.
  • Confidently articulate ideas in client calls. Present findings and engage senior leadership effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with research tools (Refinitiv, Capital IQ, Factiva, EMIS, etc.).
  • Exposure to Gen AI tools and experience in prompt engineering is an advantage.
  • Client-service exposure or experience working directly with senior leadership is preferred.
