Assistant Reception Manager THL

As Assistant Reception Manager, you'll be the welcoming face of the F&B outlet(s), setting the tone for a memorable and positive guest experience from the moment they arrive. Working closely with the F&B Management Team, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the reception team(s), always ensuring the smooth and professional delivery of service. From team coaching and performance management to setting departmental goals and delivering excellent guest interactions, you'll lead by example and be a source of motivation and support for your team.
