Support the commercial team in managing project costs from procurement through to final account
Assist with subcontractor procurement, including tender analysis and recommendations
Help manage valuations, variations and payments in line with contractual requirements
Maintain cost reporting and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and transparency
Support risk and value management processes on the project
Build strong working relationships with site teams, supply chain partners and stakeholders

Experience in a commercial or quantity surveying role within construction (placement year or post-graduate experience considered)
Degree (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Basic understanding of standard forms of contract (e.g. JCT/NEC)
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
Confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach
Eager to learn and progress within a structured development environment
