Full Job Description
- Carrying out procurement of the subcontract trades.
- Assisting the Senior Surveyor with internal cost reporting and external valuations
- Carrying out specific Surveying duties Re-measurements exercises etc.
- Reviewing different construction methods for commercial feasibility
Has or is working towards a recognized degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying. - A talented construction professional ideally from a similar background, having gained experience with a housebuilder, contractor or consultancy
- Skilled in financial management and cost control
- Able to identify potential problems before they arise and evolve effective, innovative and cost efficient timely solutions in the event that they do.
