Full Job Description
This is an exciting time to join our Trust. South West London St. Georges is at the beginning of an exciting journey of transforming our community mental health services. In recent years there has been significant investment in community mental teams to strengthen provision across all our boroughs., This role is a five day per week role based within our Tier 3 Team. The role is split between the ADHD and Transition pathways. The ADHD pathway takes a broad view to all aspects of care and liaison with families and the network to enable provision of holistic care. The transition role the focus is on preparing young people for the transition to adult services. Both roles may provide opportunity for group and individual work. There will be lots of opportunities for observing and working alongside qualified clinicians. Excellent organisation and communication skills will be required. Tasks will evolve with continued service development. We welcome staff with new ideas and support innovation.
