Are you an Assistant psychologist Would you like experience working with clients with psychosis supported by an experienced Multi disciplinary Team. If so, our fixed term role for 12 months working across the Worthing and Bognor Community Rehabilitation Service (CRS) may be the role for you! The Worthing and Bognor Community Rehabilitation Service (CRS) is a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Social Workers, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, a Psychologist, Psychiatrists, Support Workers, and a Pharmacy Technician. We operate creatively and flexibly, sharing responsibility for risk management to support service users with a primary diagnosis of psychosis. We run groups for service users and adopt a biopsychosocial approach. The Worthing CRS is currently based at Swandean Hospital but this will be moving to the Worthing Integrated Care Centre in central Worthing. The Bognor Team is based at the Bedale centre.Main duties of the job - To work with individuals presenting complex needs, including severe & enduring mental health needs, substance misuse, forensic issues, and housing difficulties. - To provide high-quality, safe, and effective rehabilitation for adults with psychosis and complex mental disorders.
- To collaborate with patients to deliver personalised rehabilitation in their local area, supporting meaningful recovery, improving quality of life, and enabling social inclusion and participation in the wider community.
