Full Job Description
The post-holder is a pivotal member of the Capital Project Team and is responsible for providing a high-level and wide-ranging administrative support to the Capital Project Team. The post-holder will be required to assist with the planning and delivery of programmes and projects and to lead on specific project work packages in accordance with the Capital Project Team business needs, as well as provide programme and project support to the team and to meet internal and external requirements. The post holder will play a central role in the delivery and tracking of the portfolio of Programmes and Projects across the organisation on behalf the Capital Project Team., Duties will include the development of effective reporting information systems, management of office administration, assisting in the maintenance and supporting the continuance of high standards of professional practice throughout the Capital Project Team., Our strategy 2023-2028 outlines how we plan to achieve this, and is centred upon three missions focused on: + Our care - delivering outstanding emergency and urgent care whenever and wherever needed. + Our organisation - being an increasingly inclusive, well-led and highly skilled organisation people are proud to work for. + Our London - using our unique pan-London position to contribute to improving the health of the capital. - Effective and efficient management of Capital Project Team office administration.
- High-quality and focussed programme / project support to the Capital Project Team
- Effective delivery of work packages to time, quality and cost in accordance with project / workstream documents / plans.
- Use own initiative and prioritise own workload, deal with a number of complex issues at one time and meet tight deadlines.
- An awareness of the needs of colleagues within the Capital Project Team and the willingness to assist members of that team when necessary.
- The desire to develop within the designate role and commit to training to facilitate this.
