Full Job Description
- Participating in developing concepts and content for assigned programmes to be used across WBD Sports channels & platforms
- Producing, editing and writing scripts, teases, features, and other elements for live and recorded shows.
- Directing off-site multi camera shoots, sometimes with high profile contributors
- Providing story ideas to generate programme elements, from concept to execution.
- Supervising edit sessions and audio record sessions
- Liaising with relevant members of production team to ensure delivery of content to deadlines
- Liaising with suppliers and 3rd parties, to ensure project tasks are delivered
- Contributing to discussions around new ideas and initiatives and changes to workflows to increase efficiencies.
Good knowledge of broadcast environment & live production techniques, including studio based shows, remote productions and outside broadcasts - Ability to produce / direct ENG camera shoots
- Working knowledge of non-linear editing techniques with a view to being able to produce fast turnaround edits across assigned programmes
- Ability to contribute content ideas & suggestions
- Ability to self-shoot is desirable, but not a necessity
- Organisational and planning skills, precise attention to detail and methodical approach to work
- Time management - demonstrable ability to meet deadlines #Prod Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
