Assistant Principal (Teaching and Learning)

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of securing sustained improvements in outcomes across a faculty or whole-school setting, evidence of successful collaboration with external partners to drive school improvement, experience of coaching and mentoring colleagues within their academy and across wider educational settings, and a demonstrable record of improving attainment both in their own classes and through the development of others.
