You are a reflective and positive leader who believes in high expectations, inclusive practice, and the power of education to transform lives. You lead with clarity and purpose, using insight and collaboration to drive improvement and support others to do their best work. You value strong relationships and communicate effectively with staff, pupils, parents/carers, and governors, maintaining a visible and approachable presence within the school. Organised, resilient, and solution-focused, you contribute confidently to the strategic leadership of the Academy and play an active role in shaping its culture and direction. Our Ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Degree in relevant subject
- Substantial middle leadership experience
- Proven ability to deliver well-planned and stimulating lessons
