Assistant Practitioner Theatre Scrub

To maintain high standards of professional conduct and to promote good professional ethics throughout the Department.

To assist with the smooth running of the theatre and engender a team spirit with all members of the unit, maintaining high staff morale.

To ensure that work carried out is in accordance with hospital policies.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, experienced and passionate about theatres. They will have excellent communication and organisational skills and will be a key member of the team in providing the highest quality care during the patients peri-operative journey.

Hours per week: 37.5

We welcome applications from Graduate visa holders; it is important to note that you must have a minimum of 6 months before this expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons., Please be aware that this post requires an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check with barred lists, the cost of which is payable by the successful candidate. If you have lived or worked abroad for 6 months or more in the last 5 years you will need to obtain an overseas police clearance.
