Full Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Practitioner to join whole school approach team and be part of our caring and progressive School Health service. This is a varied and interesting role, working closely with local schools to provide the best possible start in life for Kent children. Please note, this vacancy does not meet the criteria for skilled worker sponsorship. - Providing and analysing data
- Good interpersonal skills to support schools, parents and children
- Deliver presentations
- Attend and contribute to team meetings

This role is a community- based role so the majority of your duties will be carried out between your home and a community setting for example a school or trust site.
