NHS partners. Main Responsibilities: As a valued, As an Assistant Practice Manager at Operose Health, you will support the Practice Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the practice. Your responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the surgery, managing administrative tasks, and liaising with the reception and administration team. You will also play a critical role in leading the attainment of Local and National KPIs, and APMS KPIs. You will be involved in promoting the development and identifying training needs of the reception staff, supporting their personal development reviews, and leading the appraisal system for the team. Ensuring effective supervision of the reception team and co-ordinating support services for other team members are key duties. You are expected to respond quickly to incoming calls, taking appropriate actions to ensure excellent patient care and service delivery.
