Excellence We strive to do the best we can do and be the be, As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include: supporting the Practice Manager and ensuring the smooth running of the practice, including developing efficient management systems and delegating tasks appropriately. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the surgery, ensuring effective processing of administrative work and liaising with the reception and administration team while leading the attainment of Local and National KPIs. You will also promote the development, identifying training needs of reception staff, and support the achievements of their personal development reviews. Furthermore, you will ensure effective supervision of the reception team and coordinate support services, ensuring rapid response to incoming telephone calls and taking corrective action when needed. The ideal candidate should have essential reception/customer care experience, an understanding of health services, and a passion for improving lives and healthcare. They must also

possess excellent communication and organisation skills, ability to work within a team and with wider colleagues, maintain confidentiality and data security, as well as adapt to changing priorities and flexible shifts as required by business needs.
