Assistant People & Development Business Partner

This is a unique opportunity to work across both People Services and Learning & Development, supporting managers and colleagues while contributing to our key organisational priorities. You'll partner with designated business areas, helping managers navigate people matters, supporting colleague wellbeing and engagement, and ensuring a positive employee experience. Alongside this, you'll play a role in delivering learning and development initiatives, coordinating training programmes, colleague recognition and appreciation activities, maintaining learning systems, and helping to build a culture of continuous development. You'll also have the opportunity to work on projects, analyse workforce and development data, and provide insights that support evidence-based decision making across the college.

We're looking for someone who can combine excellent administration and organisational skills with the confidence to build strong working relationships at all levels. You'll ideally have experience working within an HR, People Services, Learning & Development or Organisational Development environment and be comfortable managing data, producing reports and coordinating multiple activities simultaneously. You'll be someone who:

  Competitive salary - £30,860 - £35,282 per annum FTE
