Assistant Operator - Well Intervention

Following the award of several exciting and innovative North Sea projects, we are seeking experienced Assistant Operators to strengthen our Well Intervention / Wireline team in Great Yarmouth. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of wireline intervention operations. Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, they will ensure all operational activities are delivered to the highest technical, safety, and quality standard to supervise team to complete the running of equipment on and offshore ensuring successful safe operations in accordance with Company procedures and thereby ensuring a quality service to client.Key Activities and Accountabilities

• Assist team with preparation and running of equipment for operations under supervisory guidance
• Attend and participate in tool box talks and planning meetings when required
• Liaise with offshore Supervisor & team members to ensure all aspects of the operations are discussed with relevant parties to achieve safe operations & task completion
• Liaise with clients representatives when required in a professional manner ensuring quality of service to client
• Work with colleagues and Supervisor to complete required competencies for current and next role
• May be required to work at onshore bases in the preparation, maintenance and return of equipment
