Role Responsibilities: ? What You'll Do As An Assistant Manager

? Support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards

? Develop & deliver an engaging, high-quality curriculum tailored to children's needs

? Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain health & safety standards

? Provide leadership & mentorship to staff, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team

? Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and promoting a positive nursery experience for families

? Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment

? Manage operational records and support financial planning to ensure sustainability

? Level 3 qualification or above in early years education

? Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage-ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner

? Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team

? Passionate about fostering children's development and creating positive relationships with families
