We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, industry experienced Assistant Marketing Manager focusing on our Digital channels within our Premium brands working within the Premium Digital team and exclusively on 1 of these 3 brands - Premium Country Pubs, Vintage Inns or Miller & Carter. As Assistant Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering high-impact digital strategy across multiple channels. You'll also support the growth of our Brand App's and bring our social media channels to life with compelling content. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive customer engagement and strengthen brand visibility through consistent, high quality digital experiences.,

• Work closely with the brand MM and AMM to produce and deliver the digital comms plan for the brand, ensuring key messages are communicated on digital platforms at the right time on the right channel to drive reach, awareness, engagement and conversion.
• Working with the central team, ensure the website and app content is kept up to date and optimised to drive web bookings, MyAccount sign-ups and gift card sales.
• Manage the briefing of email campaigns via the central CRM team.
• Work with the digital data team to ensure discount codes are briefed, tested and issued as needed.
• Support the ongoing execution and performance of the reward program across email, web app and social platforms.
• Own the social media plan for the brand; working with our creative agency, external content creators, local social leads and influencers to create, curate, and publish engaging social media content alongside your own across all brand channels for use in organic, paid and local social.
• Support the brand local social district champion programme to promote consistent high-quality content at local level on agreed social platforms.
• Monitor and report on digital campaign and channel performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends.
  
  Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Clear communication skills with both internal/ external stakeholders.
• Focus on delivery and implementation, on time, to plan and on budget.
• Ability to add creative input to the strategic planning cycle in line with consumer and market insights with an understanding of digital guest journeys.
• Minimum of 18 months of demonstrable, relevant marketing experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and optimise website content to drive conversions and maintain brand consistency.
• Skilled in creating, curating and publishing engaging content for organic, paid and local social channels, with an understanding of platform best practices.
