Full Job Description

Support the Showroom Experience Manager in leading the end to end Showroom experience and operations across London and Paris. Planning and executing all key activities taking place within the Showrooms whilst maintaining a luxury standard. Managing the recruitment of temporary team and support contractors across the Showrooms to ensure operational excellence and support business objectives.,

  • Manage and maintain a Luxury Showroom environment at all time across London and Paris, ensuring a high level of experience is provided to all clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain the highest Showroom front and back of house standards to reflect a luxury image at all times, and ensuring Burberry guidelines and Product Standards are adhered to. Including daily checks, front and back of house.
  • Support the preparation and execution of all activities taking place within the Showrooms, to ensure efficient Showroom operations. Working closely with the Showroom Strategy and Execution team in preparing all pre Market scheduling for retail and wholesale market weeks.
  • Supporting the coordination of internal meeting requests, walkthroughs, VIPs and the organisation of Showroom events.
  • Lead walkthroughs of the space to internal teams
  • Support the recruitment of London and Paris teams, ensuring they are onboarded, led and managed efficiently. Work to build a strong team through adopting a coaching style, working closely with each team member, delegating tasks, following up and providing regular feedback.
  • Lead weekly Showroom huddles with the London Temporary team to cascade key updates, weekly hindsight's and cover latest Samples and Showroom activities calendar
  • Manage the maintenance of all Showroom top ups across London and Paris, including model equipment, office requirements, and consumables.
  • Work closely with the VM team to manage inventory on Showroom VM props and fixtures, including new deliveries.
  • Scheduling and booking Showroom maintenance and works to be completed prior to high level events and selling seasons.
  • Lead the management of Showroom Models across London and Paris, working closely with Studio and Model booking teams to allow alignment across initiatives
  • Support the lead of Collection Presentations, working cross functionally with Styling, Merchandising and Studio. Being POC for the commercial shoots and ensuring all support teams required are booked.
  • Become a key lead for Wholesale teams. Be the face of the Showroom, supporting all requests and welcoming teams in London and Paris, whilst also maintaining Showroom guidelines and ensuring these are met.
  • Work closely with Wholesale ahead of market to review feedback and opportunities for future markets. Managing seasonal booking form and pulling figures post market to ensure we have seasonal overviews to reference and use to implement changes where possible to streamline processes.
  • Ensure Health and Safety standards are always maintained, including fire warden responsibilities.

    PC literate. (Microsoft Office: Word/Excel/Power Point/Outlook)
  • SAP / LM knowledge desirable
  • Managerial Experience
