Assistant Manager, Product Program Management Ascend

The Product Senior Consultant role supports the strategic and operational management of the product suite, including:

• Defining and maintaining suite roadmaps
• Supporting on planning and execution of product strategies and
• Partnering closely with the business, cross functional teams, and key stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable roadmaps
• Understanding feedback and channeling it to resolution
• Supporting on the overall development lifecycle of the suite, managing budgets and planning for product retirement
This role ensures alignment with business objectives, financial accountability, and smooth execution across the product lifecycle.


• Should have experience in managing/running projects in the advice /implement/ operate space.
• Proficient in leading cross functional teams across different geographies and enterprise technology teams in planning product roadmap and executing the project as per the plan.
• Expertise in technical project management enterprise scale cloud implementations.
• Experience with SAFe methodology framework from planning to implementation along with the certification.
• Knowledge in emerging technology concepts Gen AI, Agentic, RAG, LLM.
• Experience in deploying systems with architecture frameworks like micro services, event-driven architecture.
• Experience in using various Devops tools , CI/CD pipeline orchestration, AI/ML ops, Github.
