Full Job Description
Previous management experience in a quick-service style operation is preferable however being a foodie who loves working with excellent ingredients, someone who loves making and drinking great coffee and someone who is a real 'people person' is more important. We are looking for bright, ambitious and enthusiastic people at the top of their game to join our growing management team across our shops in Oxford.
We are offering a starting salary of £33,000 - £35,000 for Assistant Managers with a 10% bonus scheme so on target earnings of between £36,300 and £38,500. The salaries are based on a 42.5h working week and we stick to this! Additional benefits include:
