Springfield is a 6-bed supported living service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and epilepsy. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills and achieve their personal goals. People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including swimming, baking, cooking and shopping helping them to stay engaged, active and connected., As a Assistant Manager, youll play a key role in leading and coordinating a team to deliver safe, effective and high-quality care. Youll support the manager and act as a role model, always ensuring best practice and a positive team culture. Youll:

• Promote independence and help individuals achieve personal goals
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered
• Support with care planning, risk assessments and compliance
• Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
• Monitor quality, safety and regulatory standards, 5.6 weeks annual leave
