With 25 stylish bedrooms, exceptional dining, a vibrant bar, elegant private event spaces, and views across rolling Hampshire farmland, The Wellington Arms offers a unique blend of warmth, quality, and relaxed luxury. As Deputy GM, you'll help lead a busy, high performing site known for its seasonal menus, award winning hospitality, weddings, celebrations, and business stays.,

• Oversee day to day operations and support the team to ensure smooth service
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and uphold our service standards
• Motivate, mentor, and help develop the team
• Support financial performance through effective planning and cost control
• Contribute to training initiatives and encourage career progression
• Build strong relationships within the local community and represent the spirit of the pub
