Assist the MLRO to monitor satisfactory completion of Pre-Screening / trigger event screening of Employees As delegated by the MLRO, attendee of committees Provide support to managing the Russian, Ukraine, Belarus (RUBX) relationships and committee Review closure requests, ensuring that there is no appropriate reason to prevent closure Contribute towards the drafting / updating of SOPs Procedures Qualifications Hold or be studying towards an ICA qualification Previous SAR / DMLRO experience Have a good understanding of the Risk & Compliance environment Good understanding of the Jersey regulatory framework and AML / CFT / CFP Statutory Legislation Knowledge of client structures e.g., corporates, trusts, foundations, and associated risk factors such as PEPs / jurisdictions, sanctions Have a good understanding of the offshore finance Industry Additional Information Our commitment to you and the environment Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
