Full Job Description

  • Supporting the General Manager and making sure daily operations run like clockwork.
  • Leading the team; helping with rotas, training, and keeping morale high.
  • Looking after guests; answering questions, sorting problems, and making them feel welcome.
  • Keeping an eye on budgets, stock, and making sure we're on track.
  • Helping plan events and keeping the atmosphere lively.

    Minimum requirement: solid supervisory experience - you know how to lead a team and keep things organised.
  • Someone who's confident as a keyholder and can handle opening and closing duties without breaking a sweat.
  • Calm under pressure and happy to juggle a few things at once.
  • Great at solving problems and keeping guests smiling.
  • Experience in hospitality
