As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the General Manager to run the pub efficiently, lead the team, and deliver outstanding hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for people and a drive to progress in hospitality management.,
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
- Assist with staff training, development, and performance management.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Contribute ideas to improve service and business performance.
