Assistant Manager

As the Assistant Manager, you will be the key in supporting the Business Manager in the daily operations of a thriving, high volume McDonald's unit. You will be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team of crew members and shift managers.
• Ensuring the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance.
• Driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets.
• Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume and fast environment.
• Stepping up to manage the unit in the absence of the Business Manager.
