Assistant Lettings Manager - Estate Agency

In the role of an Assitant Lettings Manager you will be responsible for:

• Generating and conducting Lettings Appraisals
• Supporting the manager
• Winning and gaining new instruction on properties to let
• Business Prospecting and proactive activity
• Local market knowledge and networking
• Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Displaying excellent customer service at all times

- Strong organisational and administrative skills - Knowledge of Lettings legislation and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Lettings Manager.
