Assistant HR Specialist - Recruitment and Selection

We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Assistant HR Specialist to join the Council's HR Team. The successful candidate will ensure that recruitment and employment practices are applied consistently, fairly, and in line with organisational policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Working closely with the Working Denbighshire Team, you will provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle and contribute to the delivery of an effective and professional HR service.
