Full Job Description
Swiss Matters is a specialist team within our HR Services function. The team supports Swiss employees and the Swiss firm with a whole range of activities, from Onboarding through to Leaving processes, as well as supporting our Partner teams when required. The customer is at the heart of everything we do, we support strategic initiatives through collaboration with other areas of the business, focusing on a strong approach to continuous service improvement, enhancing the effectiveness of how we work.
- Confident in supporting our customers through key points in their Deloitte journey, you can trust that no two days will ever be the same, as you support and add value by:
- Supporting with the administration of onboarding, leavers, employment confirmations, probations, work permits and employment screening
- Assisting with customer queries via our ServiceNow platform to ensure they receive a positive customer experience
- Managing stakeholder and customer expectations whilst building trusted relationships with HR Services peers and colleagues and other Deloitte teams as appropriate
- Effectively delivering cross team collaboration in order to produce a seamless customer experience and service
- Producing regular reports for a variety of stakeholders and requirements
- Escalating complex queries in a timely and efficient manner, taking accountability for updating our customer base with progress and appropriate resolution
