Full Job Description
We have a vacancy for an Assistant HR Advisor, designed as a career graded roleyou will have clear development plan to support you to progress your HR career.The role is varied and provides a comprehensive support service to the HR Team, ina wide range of admin and operational functions to a variety of customersincluding, Senior Managers, Headteachers, School Governors and externalcustomers via Shropshire HR. You will be a first point of contact for routine queries onour employment policies and procedures, support casework and restructures and beinvolved in HR projects, initiatives and policy development
You will need to have previous experience in an HR environment and be up to datewith current employment legislation. You will be a strong communicator and possessgood admin and IT skills with the ability to co-ordinate and prioritise activities.
