Full Job Description
We're looking for a warm, proactive and organised individual to join our boarding community as an Assistant House Supervisor. This is a rewarding, people-focused role where you'll support the wellbeing, supervision and day-to-day life of pupils, helping to create a safe, caring and well-run house environment. What you'll be doing:
- Providing excellent pastoral care and support to pupils
- Being a visible, approachable presence in the house
- Supporting daily routines and house organisation
- Working closely with staff, parents and support teams
A caring and approachable personality - Strong communication and organisational skills
