Are you an ambitious educator looking to step into senior leadership? Lavender Primary School is seeking a dynamic, committed colleague to join our leadership team as an Assistant Headteacher on an internal fixed-term secondment.
Working closely with the Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic direction, driving high educational standards, managing day-to-day school operations, and championing pupil wellbeing and pastoral care. This secondment offers an exceptional professional development opportunity to hone your leadership skills within our friendly, supportive, and inclusive school community., Appointments are subject to and will only be confirmed upon the successful completion of comprehensive pre-employment checks.
