Full Job Description
- Maintain excellence in teaching and Learning with a 0.5 (FTE) teaching commitment
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning through data analysis, observations, pupil outcomes and professional dialogue.
- Line-manage teachers and support staff, ensuring consistency of practice and high expectations.
- Oversee EYFS and KS1, maintaining strengths and leading their continuous development
- Lead on the development of English across the school, including phonics
- Support and continue to develop the successful work undertaken for the school's application for Voice 21 Oracy Centre of Excellence
- Undertake the role of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and Designated Teacher for Looked After Children
- Work with all members of staff to ensure vulnerable children are supported through the implementation of the school's Pupil Premium Strategy
