Maintain excellence in teaching and Learning with a 0.5 (FTE) teaching commitment
Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning through data analysis, observations, pupil outcomes and professional dialogue.
Line-manage teachers and support staff, ensuring consistency of practice and high expectations.
Oversee EYFS and KS1, maintaining strengths and leading their continuous development
Lead on the development of English across the school, including phonics
Support and continue to develop the successful work undertaken for the school's application for Voice 21 Oracy Centre of Excellence
Undertake the role of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and Designated Teacher for Looked After Children
Work with all members of staff to ensure vulnerable children are supported through the implementation of the school's Pupil Premium Strategy
