Full Job Description

Working closely with the Headteacher, you will: - Provide strong leadership to drive school improvement - Promote a calm, safe and inclusive learning environment - Model outstanding teaching and support staff development - Help deliver an engaging, personalised curriculum - Monitor pupil progress and raise achievement - Lead performance management and professional development - Take responsibility for key elements of school leadership with support from the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher
