Full Job Description
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Head to join the SLT of this progressive and happy school. The right candidate for this Assistant headship will have at least 3 years' experience as an excellent practitioner across Key Stage 1 and 2, subject and year group leadership, with a proven track record that demonstrates the candidate can plan strategically and has the ability to motivate and inspire a varied team of teachers in new strategies to improve teaching and learning over the whole school.
Vaughan Primary School is a larger than average three-form entry primary school of nearly 700 children, serving a socially and ethnically diverse population, with over half the school population having English as a second language. We are an Ofsted rated Outstanding school based in the London Borough of Harrow. Our school is set in a well-connected and diverse location adjacent to West Harrow station. What we offer:
