We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, inspiring and highly motivated Assistant Headteacher to lead and encourage learning and drive forward excellence across the school. The successful applicant will play a key role in this by setting high expectations for staff and students and creating an environment that enables our learners to flourish. Your will:
- Hold qualified teacher status
- Demonstrate deep understanding of SEN pedagogy, statutory guidance and effective personalised learning.
- Have experience in either a Primary or Secondary setting.
- Proven leadership experience and a strong track record within SEN, either in a specialist or mainstream setting
- Bring resilience, empathy and high expectations
