Assistant Head Teaching and Learning- Prep School

We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Preparatory School Senior Management Team as Assistant Head Teaching & Learning. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and innovative teacher to lead the strategic development of teaching, learning and curriculum provision across the Prep School. Working closely with the Head and Deputy Head of Preparatory School, you will play a key role in shaping an ambitious, forward-thinking curriculum that ensures every pupil flourishes academically and personally. The Role The successful candidate will:

• Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of the Prep School curriculum.
• Champion excellence in teaching and learning through evidence-informed practice.
• Support and develop subject leaders to ensure outstanding curriculum delivery, assessment and progression.
• Lead quality assurance activities and contribute to school self-evaluation and inspection readiness.
• Drive innovation in curriculum design and educational practice.
• Coordinate staff professional development and lead training initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the College to ensure continuity and progression from Nursery through to Senior School.
• Contribute strategically as a member of the Preparatory School Senior Management Team.
• Teach approximately 10 periods per fortnight.
